Psalm 147:3 AMP
He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds [curing their pains and their sorrows].

Understanding Pain
1.It’s rarely “The Problem” and almost always the symptom.
2.It will lead you to the problem’s source.
3.The level of pain doesn’t necessarily determine the depth of your problem.
4.Ignoring pain or avoid it leads to deeper problems.

STEP ONE - WALKING OUT OF PAIN
●Trust God.
●James 1:2 NASB
Consider it all joy, my brethren, when you encounter various trials, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. 4 And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.

●God is a great place to hide.
●Psalms 9:9
The LORD also will be a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.
● He promises to rescue us when we are in trouble.
●Psalms 50:15
●Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I shall rescue you, and you will honor Me.”

●God has a plan to get you through this, not around it.
●1 Corinthians 10:13
No temptation has overtaken you but such as is common to man; and God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will provide the way of escape also, so that you will be able to endure it.

Question To Ponder:
● Have you lived so long with your pain, that your pain has become a part of you? Are
you willing to submit this area of your life to Him, even if it’s a current mystery?
